Old-School Breastfeeding Televised: PBS Style

Gather the children to watch Mister Rogers and Sesame Street show clips of breastfeeding in action.

Be forewarned that while PBS found this content suitable for children, Facebook has deemed it offensive. If there are any adults in the room with a Facebook account, let them know they need to look away.

These are so cool! Funny (actually, sad) how things are so much more uptight now. I'll have to post some of these on my Facebook profile!

Oh, how cool! Thanks for putting these here. It seems we've gone two steps forward, one step back. I bet these conversations would never happen on these shows now in our "pc" society.

What a great way to teach children. I hope that PBS would be able to broadcast similarly good messages for kids.

That's so cool! I had no idea Sesame Street talked about breastfeeding back then. I wonder if they've ever done it since...
