Pregnant Birth Bloggers
Several of the authors of blogs that I read are nearing their due ranges.
Michele of Birth After Cesarean is gearing up for a VBAC! Michele’s site, BirthCut.com, chronicles her unnecessary post-dates induction turned unnecesarean.
Rixa of Stand and Deliver has documented her pregnancy with her usual candor and thoughtful self-analysis. Having previously given birth unassisted, she will be giving birth at home with a CNM.
First-time mom Mary of Soon to Be Mother Mary is getting ready for a birth at home. Mary is a great writer and has a 25 pound cat. I keep thinking how weird it is that her cat is going to be three times the weight of her baby, more or less. Or maybe twice the size of some of the babies on The Unnecesarean site. Now that I’ve talked so much about the cat, please go enjoy this picture of said cat lounging.
The authors of Refuse to Be a Womb Pod and The Trial of Labor have been writing about their pregnancies as well but aren’t due for a few months.
Heather (a.k.a. Hathor) of Mama Is just told her very recent birth story in cartoons. She documented her first birth, which was in a hospital, in cartoons as well. Happy babymoon!
Am I missing anyone?
Edit: …and the answer is “yes.”
“Buscando la luz” from Birth Faith is enjoying her babymoon right now.
Diana, whom I know from her comments here and from Birthing at Home, is documenting her pregnancy on her other blog, The Whining Puker.

Thank you so much for thinking of me and my LuLu!
I'm excited for you. And Lulu! I thhink by this point in my first pregnancy, I was having "A Dingo Ate My Baby" dreams about the cat. I was so worried our cat would eat or smother our baby in the middle of the night.
???
She didn't. The story ends well. Now I worry about my three year old taunting the cat in the middle of the night, so it all comes full circle.
Thanks for all the new blogs! I am enjoying adding to my lists.
I'm following my pregnancy on a blog, but not really on my birth blog - I've been keeping it on www.whiningpuker.blogspot.com, which is a morning sickness blog, not a birth blog. And we've got quite a ways to go! 20 weeks more. :)

Diana! You're pregnant! I have Birthing at Home in my reader but why do I not have The Whining Puker?
Congrats!!
Thanks for thinking of me! Wish me luck! ;)
I love your blog. Thanks for the links. I also recently posted the account of my first home birth (April 1st). Here's the link: http://birthfaith.blogspot.com/2009/04/my-first-home-birth.html
That cartoon birth story was AWESOME. Love it. Thanks for sharing these.
Yeah! With all those Preggos work should start getting busy soon. Keep procreating, it is job security for me.
