The Web site for the movie asks this question: What can YOU do to reduce infant mortality and injuryand improve infant health?
Here are the suggestions given for U.S. viewers ready to take action:
1) Send this video to your legislator to encourage health reform in that supports mothers and babies.
2) Write your legislator.

That would be in addition to all of the Facebooking, Stumbling, Digging, Tweeting, MyBestBirthing, blogging and telling Obama about it.
