Everyone is Talking Triplets...

The word broke on Wednesday that a woman in Georgia gave birth to triplets in a hospital after having had a previous cesarean and while I work to resist typing “three cheers for her,” I would like to pass on my congratulations.

One of my favorite blog posts about triplets (and quite possibly the only post about triplets that I can recall) appeared on The Shape of a Mother a few years ago. A woman submitted a timeline of pregnancy photos ranging from 7 weeks to 3 months postpartum following her home birth at 37 weeks.

I am going to save that SOAM post for when I'm all "omg too big going to die" at the end of this (or any future pregnancies) so then I'll shut my trap and continue on my merry way. Holy Christmas trees.
