Just got home from the birth of a lovely, healthy 9 pound, 14 ounce baby. If the parents are reading this, it was an honor to support you during your labor. Congratulations on your new arrival and your HBAVBACAVB.

I myself had a homebirth, completely unexpectedly, a week and a day ago. . . labor was ramping up, we decided to go to the birth center, and the midwife called me on the way and said "No room at the inn!" so we converted to homebirth. It was lovely. ~2 hours of active labor, 6 lb 12 oz baby boy.
