Side-by-Side Comparison of Cesarean Rates and Births Covered by Medicaid

One comment/request that periodically arises on a few social media pages when discussing c-section rates is that it would be interesting to see what percentage of births are paid for by Medicaid. I'm not sure what relationship these people are hoping to see by looking at these lists side-by-side or which is the chicken and which is the egg, but I put them next to each other for future reference anyway.

 Denominator for both columns is the total number of births in that state.
